Meet Derek Dietz
Founder & Yoga Therapist
Derek is a chef, yoga enthusiast, writer, world traveler, and humanitarian, He is also a grateful person on a path of discovery in recovery from mental health and substance abuse issues. His journey is one of humility and service. He is dedicated to sharing what has helped him find peace and purpose in his life and making it accessible for all.
Human Being Anonymous Book:
 This memoir and story, based on Derek's struggles with addition explore a transformative path toward well-being. It shares his spiritual path for recovery and many different reflections on holistic healing modalities.

Compassion Kitchens Inc:
A international humanitarian-aid nonprofit providing meals to children in poverty. Focused in Colombia, India, Kenya, and Belize. Their 100% model ensures all donations go directly to food purchases, powered entirely by volunteers.Â

A small, guided retreat in the Amazon region of Putumayo, in collaboration with the Cofán community.
This experience centers around traditional yagé (ayahuasca) ceremony, supported by yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and time for rest and reflection.

Held with respect for indigenous tradition, this is a space for those approaching the work with humility, intention, and care.
